Welcome to Something Small For You. By placing an order with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Products & Personalisation

• All items are handmade and/or decorated by me, using techniques such as sandblasting, colour infill, and beadwork.

• Personalised orders are made exactly according to the information you provide (spelling, dates, etc.). Please double-check your details before ordering.

• As items are hand-crafted, slight variations may occur. This makes each piece unique.
  
  

2. Ordering

• Some products can be purchased directly through Etsy via the links provided on this website.

• Certain services (such as bottle engraving or bulk engraving) are available only by direct enquiry. Please contact me by email to discuss these orders.

• Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
  
  

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP (£).

• Payments are processed securely via Etsy, PayPal, or bank transfer (for direct orders).

• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
  
  

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Items are shipped from the UK, usually with Royal Mail or Evri tracked services.

• Delivery times vary depending on product type and personalisation required. I will give you an estimated timeframe when you order.

• I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
  
  

5. Returns & Refunds

• Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on my part.

• Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage.

• If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photographs so I can arrange a replacement or refund.
  
  

6. Bulk & Corporate Orders

• For bulk or business enquiries, please contact me directly by email. Pricing, lead times, and terms will be discussed individually.
  
  

7. Liability

• My products are decorative and functional gifts, not toys. Please keep glass and small items away from children.

• I am not responsible for misuse of the products once delivered.
  
  

8. Privacy

• Your personal information (such as name, address, and email) will only be used to process your order and communicate with you.

• I will never share your information with third parties, except as required for delivery or payment processing.
