Shipping
All items are shipped from the UK.
I usually send orders via Royal Mail or Evri tracked services.
Delivery times vary depending on the product and personalisation required. I’ll confirm an estimated dispatch time when you place your order.
International shipping may take longer and could be subject to customs delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Personalised items (engraved glass, ceramics, customised bracelets, etc.) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or I made an error.
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
I will offer a replacement or refund depending on your preference.
Refunds
Refunds (where approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to my error.
